The City of Cave Spring has been in communication with GFL regarding this week’s residential garbage collection.
Residential trash collection is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Due to unforeseen operational circumstances over the past several weeks, GFL has experienced changes to its collection schedule. GFL is working diligently to resolve these issues and return to its normal pickup schedule as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. The City will continue to share updates as additional information becomes available from GFL.
Trash Cart Placement Reminder
Did you know that your trash cart should be placed at the curb with the wheels facing your house and the lid opening toward the street? This positioning allows the automated collection arm to properly lift and empty the cart while reducing the chance of damaging the lid.
We've received several calls regarding damaged lids, and we hope this reminder helps prevent issues in the future.
